Top menu disappears

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Top line menu is not visible (see Screenshot_2)
2. Hovering with the mouse at the top edge of the screen brings this top-line menu back to life (see Screenshot_1)
3. Seems like Brave is running on a separate monitor (I am just using a laptop with its built-in screen)

Expected result:

Top-line menu was visible just one or two updates ago.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.29.76 Chromium: 93.0.4577.58 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64)
