Top and bottom toolbar don't disappear when scrolling

Whenever I open any website and start scrolling the top and bottom toolbar stay in sight. They don’t minimize to give a full screen experience.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave.
  2. Open any website.
  3. Start scrolling.

Expected result:

The toolbars should minimize/disappear and only reappear when I scroll back up.
