Brave bottom toolbar disappears when loading anything from the top url bar

Description of the issue:

Brave bottom toolbar disappears when loading anything from the top url bar.

Bottom tool bar only returns by hitting the top url bar again (which makes keyboard load so you have to hit back) and then bottom nav bar reappears. Scrolling the result screen does not make the bottom toolbar visible.

Steps I have tried to fix the issue:

Force close brave

Clear cache

Update app

Brave settings > appearance > enable bottom toolbar > relaunch now

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Launch brave

2. Type anything in the top url bar

3. Hit enter

4. Screen will load but bottom tool bar disappears.

Expected result:
Bottom toolbar should remain visible.

1.36.47

Additional Information:

I’m using brave nightly.

The pic attached shows the bottom toolbar hidden. I can only see my mobile navigation buttons.
