Address bar does not hide when scrolling down

Every time I scroll down a webpage in Brave, the address bar stays visible. No matter if bottom toolbar is enabled or disabled.

I tried clearing cache, wiping all app data, even reinstalling the app itself, but none of them solved the issue.

Brave 1.11.105
Android 10, SM-A505FN

Any ideas?
