Tip a custom amount

Why can you not tip a custom amount like 14 BAT or 3.25. Why can you only tip 1, 10, 100? If you want to tip like 17 BAT you have to press 10 and thereafter 1, seven times.

@Berlelund its not 1,10,100 it is 1,5,10
You can tip 17 bats by 4 times(10,5,1,1)
