As a creator can Brave set limits on how much total BAT each user can send through tips?

Hello

I would like to limit the maximum amount a user can tip my website in BAT over a year. For example, I would like to prevent each user from sending me multiple one-off tips that add up to over 1000 BAT. I know this is not possible for me to implement personally in the creator portal.

Is this something that Brave could enable for some websites on request?
