There should be a Brave account (Just like Opera account), to sync all your data(Password, Bookmarks,etc) through signing in.

Brave does have sync and you can set it to sync Apps, Bookmarks, Extensions, History, Settings, Theme, Open tabs, Passwords, and Addresses if you want. You can select any of those options to sync across your browsers.

Under the settings menu, go to sync, create your sync chain, and then you can connect your browsers so that they have access to your personal data.
