Brave Sync implementation is a bit different than other browsers sync. Brave don’t have an account-like sync.
You can use sync via brave://sync to sync your bookmarks for now. Other data sync will be added in the future. https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021218111-How-do-I-set-up-Sync-
