The claim rewards button disappeared after two failed verification attempt

Yesterday I saw my march claim rewards button, after passing through the verification I failed twice even though I’m sure I did exactly what they asked me.
I got an error saying to try again later, but my problem is the claim rewards button just disappeared can’t find it anywhere even in the settings nothing. So how am I supposed to try again if I can’t see the claim reward button?

Same exact thing happened to me a few hours ago.

Also same thing happen with me i received 2 claim but i can calim only 1 and another shows “oops something went wrong” then claim option not shown
