Text color different on Andoid Brave vs. macOS Brave

Description of the issue:
Android for Brave gets text color wrong and different from Brave desktop.

**Steps to Reproduce **

1. Using Brave Desktop, surf to this webpage
   https://legacy-systems.biz/longview2500/public_links/public/usa/things_threatening_to_destroy_our_country/rudy_re_9_11/rudy_re_9_11.php

Notice the text is black on white background (left side of image):

2. Go to the same url, this time using Brave on Android phone. (right side of image).
   https://legacy-systems.biz/longview2500/public_links/public/usa/things_threatening_to_destroy_our_country/rudy_re_9_11/rudy_re_9_11.php

Notice the text is white on white background.

ASSUMPTION: White text on white background is NO GO.

EXPECTED RESULT
Text is black on white with bother Brave Desktop and Brave on Android.
