Different background color in the settings page on different platform

I found that the background color of the setting page in Brave has different colors under different platforms when I am using the same dark theme.

On macOS if I switch my browser to the dark theme, the setting page will become dark as well. But under Linux even though I’m using the dark theme, the background color is still white. I tried to restart the browser but it doesn’t help.

Both using the newest version of Brave.

I have macOS 10.13.6 and it behaves the same as your Linux machine. I have logged it here: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/4637
