Taking several days and I still haven't received my BAT!

It took several days for the BAT to come out of my brave rewards wallet (way more than 5 days), it’s been like 2 weeks or more, and I still haven’t received anything in my uphold wallet!!! Will I only receive it when the next payout come out???

The only apology I want is an extra in my wallet. Meanwhile, bitcoin price fell and I couldn’t buy it with BAT. Now it looks like BTC will pump again and I still haven’t received my BAT. Apologies won’t bring back the money I’ve lost.

Where’s my money!? Isn’t anyone going to at least tell me that’s facing the same issue?

many have had this problem since December, the bats do not reach uphold and brave says that the payment has already been processed.

I should have stopped reading when you said “So please, instead of creating posts here to flood issues, your best bet is to do the below so you can get help ASAP.”

That’s not flooding, that is to show the quality of services provided here. When something goes wrong, people need to have a voice to show that something is wrong. You talk as if we were here for free. You may be a volunteer (or a staff), but we’re not. I used Opera Browser before using Brave and I was pretty satisfied with it, it is actually better than Brave, specially when I want to watch videos in a fixed pop-up. The only reason why I use brave is solely because of crypto. I’m not going to lie, being a hypocrite saying that Brave is great for privacy and all, cause it’s not a big deal after all. Great for privacy is Tor, great for everything else is Opera. Great for money is Brave. Let’s face it.
But now look at this mess. This wouldn’t have happened if people could use decentralized wallets.

BAT is a utility token, something of a customer rewards. We aren’t entitled to it and they have no legal obligation whatsoever. It’s also supposed to be used in services, not on exchanges and all, though they allow it to be stored.

The main thing I’m trying to tell you here is they are doing their “best” for everyone and trying to keep it going. Unfortunately, they aren’t being staffed well enough for their “best” to be worth a lot. We also have no clue what’s going on in the background. What we do know is what I linked and tried to share, that the employees they have working to resolve these issues are working past thousands of posts and messages each day. They also have shared before how these duplicate posts and messages slow them down from helping people as well, which is why they are asking for patience.

As to you saying not all good for privacy, you might want to go do some research. I get it, you’re frustrated and so you’re throwing out random things. You’re hoping it gets resolved soon and want your BAT for whatever you want to use it for. It’ll come. I’m not saying that the waiting doesn’t stink or that they shouldn’t be getting these issues resolved. Just saying you sometimes just have to be able to take a deep breath and focus on what you have, rather than what you don’t. Can you truthfully say all the complaining has yielded you any results? Have you seen staff comment here, even as we’ve been going back and forth which leaves this at the top of activity to possibly stick out to them?

I AM being paid to be here using BRAVE services. I don’t think you get it. It doesn’t matter if your terms of service says you’re not reliable for anything: my time and my resources are not unlimited and you folks are not above the law. If you can’t be held reliable for anything, then it means you’re not a business at all. If I wanted to, I could solve this judicially just fine, despite what your terms says, it’s just not worth it. And I’m not throwing random things, show some respect, as, again, I’m not DOING ANYTHING for free. You think you can run a business where you’re supposed to pay people for performing some actions, then you can just decide not to pay them and now you’re above the law? You’re delusional.

Where have I said that you ARE employed by brave? Mate I don’t care about who you are or about your authoritarian tendencies. At this point I’m just doing this because this is going to to youtube and other video platforms, so people may know how they and their money are treated here by “non-employees”.
