Tab scrolling buttons blocking Rightmost tab

Description of the issue: The right most tab is obstructed by the tab scrolling buttons when both are enabled. This is not the case in chrome.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to brave://flags and enable #scrollable-tabstrip (Tab Scrolling) as well as #tab-scrolling-button-position (Tab Scrolling Button)
  2. Relaunch and create many new tabs.
  3. Scroll to right most tab

Expected result:
The tab scrolling buttons should not block the last tab. Attached is a chrome screenshot:

@Mamacity,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
These flags are inherited from Chromium and, as it is stated on the flags page, are experimental and not guaranteed to work, regardless of which browser they’re enabled on.

In our case, there is clearly some conflict here with the functionality, but it is unlikely to get fixed by us (specifically), given that it is an inherited feature. It will likely have to be fixed upstream.

Ok. For future documentation (incase someone wants to look at this topic again), I was using the “Enabled- tabs don’t shrink” option. I believe when you use the tabs shrink option, this problem doesn’t happen.
