Sync on desktop no where to be found :(

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

I found this page on how to setup “sync” but my browser does not have sync under the hamburger menu OR anywhere under settings: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021218111-How-do-I-set-up-Sync-

  1. Click hamburger menu

Expected result:
See “brave sync” as described in the sync basics help page.
