How to set up Brave Sync when no "Brave Sync" exists on menu?

How do you set up Brave Sync when the “Brave Sync” menu item does not exist as depicted in your “How do I set up Sync” article? See attached screenshot.

Brave Sync menu item does not appear on menu as depicted in the How do I set up Sync help article.

  1. Open Browser
  2. Click the menu icon in the upper right.
  3. Open your eyes.
  4. Notice the Brace Sync icon does not exist.

Expected result:
Brave sync icon exists where the help article tells you to find it.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.3.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Looks like I’m headed back to Firefox until Brave is a little more fully baked.
