The answer is both yes and no. Brave does have a Sync option which would basically share your bookmarks, passwords, etc across multiple devices on a sync chain. You could say this is on the cloud, so to speak.
The reason why I say this is also a “no” is because it doesn’t save to a username and password. Sync phrase changes daily, essentially requiring you to have access to one of your devices that is on the sync chain. If you don’t have access and would try using it as a backup, you might not be able to recover anything.
