Switching Tabs with Ctrl Page Up/Down

Description of the issue: When I Ctrl+Page Up/Down I cycle through tabs out of order
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open up several tabs
  2. Ctrl+T a new tab
  3. Ctrl+Page Up several times

Expected result: Eventually it’ll jump out of order to the newest tab opened

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.18.75 Chromium: 87.0.4280.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I’m using a Lenovo X1 Carbon (new laptop). This issue does not occur on my other laptop

Per Release Channel 1.17.73 maybe check

Added setting for “Cycle through the most recently used tabs with Ctrl-Tab” under brave://settings/appearance. (#913)

Thanks! Was driving me crazy. Must’ve missed the setting for it.
