Description of the issue:
Suddenly noticed that my bottom toolbar is gone and I cannot change it in the settings.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to settings
- Click appearance
- Cannot modify the settings for ‘Enable bottom toolbar’
Expected result:
I should be able to change it. As no flags are modified.
