Description of the issue:
When the toolbar is attached to the top instead of the bottom, the custom Homepage setting cannot be accessed. The setting for enabling toolbar to be attached to bottom must be ticked in order to adjust the settings for the homepage. See attached screenshot under controls. When the bottom toolbar is enabled, the setting for homepage is available. When the setting for bottom toolbar is not enabled, the setting for homepage is not available
How can this issue be reproduced?
- In mobile version, specifically android, go to settings, appearance, and turn off enable bottom toolbar.
- Relaunch and go back to settings. You can no longer edit the homepage to be a custom url.
