I switched from Chrome because every time I click on a tab, even if it had been 30 seconds, it refreshed. Now this browser is doing it. It’s the most pointless, irritating thing I’ve ever had to deal with and I don’t understand why it’s happening. How do I turn it off?
I can’t be half way through writing a blog post, go to check something, and then come back to it refreshing and losing my work. This is riidiculous.

could you try to disable all extension and try in private mode and see if it work fine or not
and is it happening in all website ?

I have no extensions. The only website not affected is Spotify. I don’t wish to have to work in Private mode for the rest of my life.
i am just troubleshoot to try to find the cause
so if private mode work fine then it’s probably a cache issue
I downloaded this last night. I doubt the cache has that much in it.
