Ok so I made a website, when I go to website it works properly ok. Then I will edit the website from the editor. Then I will go back to my website, the website will not refresh, like the changes I did in the editor, the new output doesn’t come. For other browsers like Edge, Chrome, Firefox… this output comes, only for brave it doesn’t.

could you disable all extension and try in private mode
if it work then the issue either with one of your extension or you need to clear cache/cookies

I used private mode and it works good but on real tab it doesn’t work, I always have to clear cache/cookies, in other browsers I don’t have to clear this again and again but for brave I have to do. Also this bug is from Brave Browser or is it from my side?
try to disable all extension and clear cache for once then keep using the normal mode while disable the extension and see if it work fine or not
if it work fine then maybe one of your extension cause corruption of the cache
by the way the default behaviour of private mode is to disable extension
