Still have not received BAT - Dec 12 2020

Hi, it’s already Dec 13 but my wallet is still zero and have not received any email notification about receiving my BAT. Please look into this issue soon.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Haven’t received my payout since November 2020. Account got reviewed and still no update on me. Did approach a couple of people from brave, still got no recent update from them.

You asked me for the same details and i have already send you these details but you did nothing, if you can’t solve the problem then tell the people you can’t!!

Same with my case, dont leave people hanging with your “just wait for a couple of days because we will review your account”. Closing accounts just because you can’t pay them anymore is really absurd.

I messaged you 19 days ago, and then 5 days ago, and you still haven’t responded. If something is broken, I get it, but at least a response would be nice.

That’s disappointing. I find many instances of uncredited BAT, where Brave just stops replying and hopes the problematic user goes away on its own.
