@Saoiray after posting my ticket here yesterday, I received a message this morning from Uphold that I have received 10 BAT from Brave Refunds. However my Brave Rewards account continues to be in a flagged state, so it doesn’t seem like the underlying problem has resolved. When I attempt to reconnect Brave Rewards it still says:
"Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged
Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged, and you’re not able to verify with a custodian at this time. This flag can sometimes be due to irregular Brave Ads activity, though it can also be a false positive.
Note that while your Brave Rewards profile is flagged, you won’t be able to verify.
No action is required on your part. Your Brave Rewards profile will be automatically reevaluated on a regular basis to determine when (or if) the flag can be removed. Please try again every so often to see if the flag has been removed."
@nycguy524 if Brave has completed your ticket then you’ll have a response via Brave Support in your email. If you haven’t gotten that yet, it may be that they are still looking into your account.
I know you’re Ticket # 201021 created on June 14th. Big thing I’d suggest is for you to double check your spam/junk folders and all in your email to make sure you haven’t missed any correspondence. If you see nothing from Brave, then I’d be patient. Plus I’ll tag in @mattches since he’s been active today. Maybe he can do a quick check to make sure your ticket hasn’t been finalized yet or if can confirm it’s still one of the tickets they have to work on.
Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I definitely check my spam box regularly, and the only thing from Brave that I received was a “thanks for spending time with us” email from system via Brave Community.
To add some clarification/context: I have multiple computers that I work from. The laptop I’m on right now which is my main computer shows that I’m connected to Brave Rewards. However, my other computers - which I use for travel or which are connected in other locations - have all disconnected from Brave Rewards, even though they were previously connected successfully. Those other computers are the ones that say I’m flagged.
I’ll remain patient. Brave is my browser of choice, so I just hope I can get this working again. @Mattches if there’s anything you can do to help, that would be greatly appreciated…although your icon says “sick” - so I hope you feel better soon!
As far as I can tell, it’s still an issue. I just tried again, and I’m still getting the following message under brave://rewards on my other computers:
