:SMS link not working on Brave for iOS

Hi lovely guys out there,
I hope you are all safe and sound!

I have noticed today that the :tel link works fine but the :sms one on Brave for mobile isn’t working.

Any previous feedbacks on this topic?

Can you add steps on how to reproduce the issue? Is this on iOS 13 or iOS 12?

@sriram it’s on iOS 13.

  1. CREATE A :TEL and :SMS LINK
    Call me
    Send me a SMS

  2. OPEN THE PAGE WITH BRAVE MOBILE RUNNING ON IOS13
    Click on the :TEL link and you will be able to make a phone call,
    click on the :SMS link and it won’t let you send the SMS.

Is this alright?

Does this work with Safari?

Yes it does and it works also on Brave for Mac. To me it just doesn’t work on Brave mobile running on iOS13. The links up here they do not work for some reason.

They are (without opening and closing tags)
