The original issue - iOS 13.0 beta - Brave does not handle the new method of opening a link in a new tab/window
This issue was reported back in June originally. Is there an update when iOS 13 will be supported?
I have to test for work and had to fall back to Safari which is terrible (Chrome is worse):
Specifically around opening new links.
