Description of the issue:
Try to scroll using mouse wheel on Windows 10 (my mouse is a Logitech MX Vertical). Smooth scrolling does not occur.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
I’ve got into flags and tried to explicitly enable the smooth scrolling flag (rebooted browser afterward) but it hasn’t made a difference.
