Smooth scrolling on new laptop with Windows 11

I have used Brave on 2 other laptops and the scrolling with the up/down arrow key works smoothly and consistently with all browsers.

On this new laptop, an Asus Nitro 5, scrolling with the arrow key does not work, except for random jumps. The scrolling on Edge is fine, and is OK on Chrome but not totally consistent.

I haven’t found any settings for scrolling.

Help please ?
