Sits broken/wont load

I have been using brave for over a year on my laptop and for months on my desktop. Last wed i went to the Spotify web site and tried to listen to music on my desktop. Spotify required a Google plug-in to work and since downloading it nothing loads on brave. No youtube, Spotify, steam, even game maps or game wiki wont load but the laptop works fine with all. Please help

Spotify (and youtube) will need widevine, lets look at this first. Screenshot the spotify issue
