Since start of August I have less BAT

This is the second post I create for the same issue as my last hope to get support.
By the end of July, I had accumulated 1,8 BAT. At 1/8 my BAT went down to 0 and I had a message that 0,7 BAT will be given to me after 6 days.
Indeed after 6 days 0,7 BAT added to my account but this way I lost 1,1 BAT.
Could someone help me please?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
