Hey @Walle,
The Backup Now button will allow you to view/save your wallet seed phrase.
It’s good to have that written down and stored somewhere safe in the event you ever need to restore your wallet. 
(note): Never share you seed phrase with anyone else, it’s the key to your wallet.
