Sidebar Site Icons reset due to clearing browsing history

Description of the issue: Whenever delete browsing history is selected upon close, all the Icons in sidebar default to either letters or wrongly coloured icons of the sites saved to it.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Tried going through all the options for what can be cleared when browser is exited and all the others can be selected but clearing browsing history removes it.

Expected result: To be able to clear all history upon closing but still have the icons actual icons appear when opening brave up.

Reproduces how often: Every time
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 and v1.50.119

Yea. Happens to me too. We can tag @mattches. As a fix though, for me, clicking on those Icons and going to the pages and removing that icon and making new one works.

When you say icons in the sidebar, are you referring to the actual sidebar feature?
