Description of the issue:
When setting Brave to clear history upon exit, then relaunching the browser, you can still see the some of the “recently closed” pages if you right click the application on the Windows Taskbar.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Go to Settings.
Click Privacy and Security
Click “Clear Browsing Data”
Click the “on exit” tab
Check all items
Click save.
Open a several tabs and browse to different websites in each one.
Close some of the tabs
Close Brave.
Re-open Brave
Right-click the Brave application bar on the Windows Task bar.
A few “recently closed” sites will appear.

Expected result:
No recently closed sites should appear in the “recently closed” section of this menu if clear history on exit options are selected.
