September payout issue

After using brave browser continously for months ,Still my earned bat are not getting paid. last month they to keep on browser for longer durtion so i kept, still i didn’t get a single bat for processing. This isn’t fair, Please solve this , Thank You. @steeven @Mattches

Wait for a few hours, just in case they start processing. Also restart brave, which works for me. Also try restarting your computer. Cheers!

I had the same thing happen to me my Bat for the last 6 just keeps rolling over every month

I’ll say log in to gemini, cause in most cases I’ve seen that Unverified rewards have more issues getting the correct earnings (means the Unverified ones get less earnings or they don’t receive payout)

Well, I don’t know what’s causing this… To be honest this issue has been going for a while. Brave is trying to fix this but it will be a while till it’s fixed I guess. Also Brave has a small team too help with issues (officially it’s around 200) so fixing issues is pretty slow. But yes, to say the least… Brave always tries fixing stuff not that they don’t but it takes a while for them to do so. Cheers!

Lollll, they’ll arrive… I guess by the end of this year it’ll be resolved as Brave’s actually busy with other stuff right now like getting unsupported countries for verification running again, the BAT store and a whole other buncha stuff. Cheers!

Which version of Brave do you have? That bug was fixed in version 1.40.
Ensure that you are running the latest version. And keep the browser open for long hours per day in order to be able to conciliate all rewards.

i am using the latest version all the time, auto updates is on . and i always keep checking for update.

I’m running ### v1.43.88 and my laptop is running for about 15 hours a day

Could you kindly submit the information surrounding your issue to our Rewards Support form. From there we can provide further assistance and investigate what was happening to your payments months prior.

In the meantime, if you are running the latest 1.42, 1.43 or higher it would be best to wait until all payments have been completed and observe if you receive your Rewards.

I’ll say good luck getting your BAT. I’ve had this problem since the beginning of this year (yes since January 2022) and it still has not been fixed. I mailed them once and have made posts on here (I see one of them below in the “Suggested Topics” where I commented in July) and always see the same replies. “Maybe next month” and to “make sure you have the latest version and leave the browser open for a long time.” The browser automatically updates and I have verified multiple times that I had the current version. Not sure what their definition of “long” is, but I’ve had my browser open 8+ hours straight on some days. It started off as only giving me about half the BAT, it has kept lowering the amount each month and rolling over the rest to what is seen below. Just for the August rewards I earned far more than the 0.01 BAT it says I did. Most ads seem to give me 0.05 so only earning 0.01 seems impossible. At this point because of this year long issue and other unrelated issues I have with Brave, I am contemplating removing it and using something else.
