Security Problem: Unknown email address in autofill

Hello everyone,

I just saw what seems to me to be a major security problem:

A new email address (totally unknown) has been present for a few days in my automatic selection.

I do not understand how this is possible because I am the only one using my computer.
My computer is protected:
I have a firewall, antivirus and an anti-mailware.
All my software is up to date

This problem is therefore incomprehensible to me.

Any ideas?

Hi @TOMTOM1, what Brave version and OS are you using? Do you have sync enabled? Do you have any extensions installed?

Hi and thank you for your answer.

OS : Windows 10 (Completely up date and legal version)
Brave Version : 1.34.80
Sync disable
And my only one extension is Google trad

I have already performed a virus scan with an antivirus and a mailware and root scan with Malwarebytes. However, all this research did not find anything abnormal.

I absolutely do not understand how this is possible.
How can an e-mail address that I have never used be in my my autofill selection (on all websites) ?
