Description of the issue:
When I create a new email, the addresses are not being auto-filed when I start typing the name or address.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
1, Open Gmail.
2. Hit Compose.
3, Start typing any name or email address that’s in your Contacts.
4. Autofill does not occur. You have to type in the whole email address, or copy/paste from Contacts.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Attached.

Expected result:
gdstuart@gmail.com should autofill after I type “gds”.

Reproduces how often:
Every time but only started today after I updated Brave to V1.27.109 (July 27, 2021)

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 current patch level, Brave is V1.27.109 (July 27, 2021)
Additional Information:

As a first step, check whether disabling Brave Shields will resolve the issue. You can do that via the Brave Shields icon in the address bar.

I cleared Cookies and restarted, and that solved it. Thank you for replying.
