Writing “goo”, “you” or “schol” and pressing TAB no longer autofills a search query for google, youtube, google scholar etc. I really enjoyed this feature. Has it been removed? If it has, why?

It is not a Windows registry key issue as suggested here. I just updated brave to the last version on Pop_os! and the tab + search feature disappeared too.

Nevermind, it seems the option for automatic indexing of websites following an OpenSearch scheme was disabled. Solved.
