Since recent update, which introduced colour picture: When I open app or a new tab, it starts blank (no picture). Then while I input text, page seems to reload and search bar is emptied. Adds 5-6 seconds each time I search. The only alternative is to wait several seconds for picture to load (even on fast wifi).
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open app
- Start typing into address/search bar
- Page reloads, deleting text and loading picture
Expected result:
Should load quickly, and not delete my text.

Additional Information:
Brave was fine before update and I have no other issues with other apps, or loading pictures etc. I prefer picture-less tabs but I don’t think that’s currently possible.
