This is a pretty strange issue – I can’t think of anything outside of an extension or some other software affecting the trackpad movement. And if it was then you’d likely see this manifest in other apps as well. Do you by chance have Chrome or another Chromium based browser that you can test? I’m wondering if the issue is related to the underlying chromium engine.
I have chrome on this compute too. However when there is this bug and I go to chrome, it does not occur. I will try to use chrome for a moment and check if the same bug happens!

Hello again. So I have been using Chrome and Brave for the past 3 weeks. The bug never happened on chrome. However I found that when this bug happens on brave, if I switch to chrome, scroll a bit and then switch back to brave, the bug disappear.
