The scrollbar on the R side of the page disappears on one particular website, rendering it unscrollable. Any ideas as to how this might be rectified?

Hi…the scrollbar disappears when I login to https://www.telegraph,co.uk
The scrollbar’s there when I go behind the scenes and look at my account details etc…but soon as I look at the Telegraph itself, the scrollbar disappears.
It’s working fine
