I don’t have other examples, but https://foxnews.com/us ( don’t judge me, I go there to taunt rather than be informed ). Works fine on current Google Chrome. The main page briefly presents a scroll bar on the right margin but by the time the page if fully rendered it disappears and the page is locked. Changing magnification of page does not present the scroll bar and directly calling pages that would otherwise scroll also doesn’t work. To be clear, I’ve seen this misbehavior ONLY with this URL and I assume the issue is on their end - but thought folks would like to know.
This is on a clean profile, not seeing any issues here
