**Description of the issue:
A coule years ago I can just save the website icon by drag the icon on the quick start to bookmark bar. But now I can’t ! I’m not sure if this feature has been removed?
How can this issue be reproduced?

**Expected result: I can only save the bookmark just with icon.

Thank you for submitting the screen recording — very helpful in diagnosing issues.
That said, I do apologize but I’m unclear on what the issue here is. In your screen recording, it appears to me that you have dragged the icon from your new tab page favorites into the bookmarks toolbar and that bookmark was then subsequently added successfully to the bookmarks bar.
If the issue is that you want only the icon to show, then you need to edit that bookmark on the bookmarks bar and remove the text:
Note that this has always been the behavior — saving a bookmark via any method will add the bookmark to the bar with the icon and name of the bookmark.
OH YES! I just want ONLY show the icon.
