My rewards section has displayed this message for the last few weeks and does not recognize my verification process with my Uphold account

Have you done Identification verification at uphold?, sometimes you might to do so several times till uphold accepts you.
Yes I have, over 20 times and it verifies everytime. It just doesn’t recognize the verification completed
do you have the newest version of brave?
Can you try reconnect your Uphold account? Via BAT triangle icon at URL bar.
i have the latest version of Brave Browser and I also can successfully reconnect and verify my Uphold account…but when I exit Uphold, it does not stay “verified”
