December Reward is Still Not Coming of Both Mobile and PC Please solve this issue as soon as possible,

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Steeven, I have went through this process and you have unflagged my wallet. However, I am still not receiving the BATs token from Dec. Is there nothing that can be done?

I have also been unflagged but still didn’t receive rewards of December and steeven said it will come next month

First, go to brave://rewards/

Then, press the Print Screen button (right of F12) then CTRL+V in the message you’re sending.
