WHEN ARE WE GOING OT GET A RESPONSE???

This project is broken it seems. I don’t have ads since August. Support is well aware, but cannot or don’t want to do anything about it.

I haven’t received mine either. I also checked settings that other forums provided suggestions, still no October rewards OR able to earn more BAT…

Since a lot of us are having the same issue can you please check brave://rewards-internals/ and see what kind of error it gives?

This is the new generation of support.
Need to trust this community and all the answers are with the people’s that use this.

I feel the same way as you, nobody has answered me from the support about paid Browser Ads and Reward Creators, nobody! zero! 12 days have passed. What will we do?! The truth is I was looking for info, technical data, whatever is related to this problem that affected many users, and see if I could solve it, I am still without solving and waiting for a response. It is frustrating to depend on technical support! Hopefully we find the solution.

I’m still missing payout for August and September.
I was in contact with @steeven but nothing ever came out of it.
It really is disappointing.
