One of my computers has not been receiving rewards (or some ads) for getting close to a month now. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Brave. I have tried resetting the reards setting, changing ad amount per hour etc. It’s tiring trying to fix something and I have left numerous requests for support on the community pages. Without an actual admin being able to sort this issue, I am at a loss of what to do. There are SO many of us in similar positions. Has my account been flagged for some reason I don’t know about (I used Protonmail VPN for a while there, something Brave browser advertised ironically). Haven’t tried to play with the code, haven’t tried to cheat the system. Just no BAT rewards for the ad homescreen and no ads turning up for a while. Other laptop is fine but that is the secondary machine. PLEASE HELP BRAVE ‘Helpdesk’/admin.
