I could be wrong but I don’t think you can remove the Address Bar or the Tab Bar. But, you can hide the Bookmarks bar. Press Ctrl+Shift+B or go to Settings (brave://settings/appearance) and disable ‘Show bookmarks.’

Beyond that, I suggest trying Fullscreen mode, press F11 and see if that works for you. That will hide the other elements you don’t want to see, and you can easily toggle it on/off with that keystroke.
