As it is said in title, I don’t know how to remove my old phone from my uphold account. I can’t connect my new one because everytime it says that something went wrong. I tried to contact with support via email, but i got no response.
They have a Wallet unlinking request form you could fill out to have one of the old devices/browsers removed from that. You can read a bit more about it at Unable to re-verify wallet - #118 by Mattches
This part said, they are also implementing better self management for wallet limits. You can track the status of that at https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/18572
It’s assumed they will get it ready at the end of March and be available to us in April, if not sooner. But we’re waiting to see if any issues or what happens.
Either way, it’s possible you’ll be waiting a while unless you get lucky. So up to you if you want to submit the request or hold tight until they release the linking limit solution(s).
