My phone got stolen recently and I had to get a new one. When I try to connect my new phone, it says I’ve reached the limit. How can I disconnect the old phone?

Also want to advise you, response time varies and can take weeks, especially with the large amount of requests and issues happening now (including how some countries/regions no longer are being supported on Uphold and all).
Hopefully they get to you quick, but know that worst case scenario it might be a few weeks.
