Registered in supported country (Spain) and confirmed by UPHOLD. Can't connect

After checking with Uphold customer service, they confirmed my account is registered in Spain (supported region), however I’m getting the message of unsupported region and can’t connect. I’m using VPN since I’m temporarily in a not supported region.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

I don’t think that would help you reverify cause you’re in a unsupported region temporarily

So you suggest to reverify once back in Spain? And nothing can be done until then?

What is your nationality? Is it Spanish? If not, connection may fail even if you verified your address as in Spain.

Don’t use VPN, you will be eventually flagged and your account blocked.

Yes I’m spanish. VPN is always connected due to my work. I can switch it off for connecting to wallet but I’ve been using it for years and no issues with Uphold wallet or Brave. Is it a new thing?

Yes, as @rodrige mentioned, using VPN is getting people flagged cause that could also help getting ads which are not in your region therefore earning more rewards.

No, it is not a new thing. If their system detect that your are using a VPN and connecting from a different region, it may flag your account.
