Reenable Backspace key to do Back action

Seems Chromium variants have disabled the Backspace key rather than have it act like the Back button in the browser. Mozilla did that, too, in Firefox, but you could go into about:config to change browser.backspace_action to 0 to restore the Backspace key action.

Is there some way to get Brave to also equate the Backspace key (on the keyboard when Brave has focus) to the Back button in its toolbar? Or, do I have to add yet another extension to the web browser?

Go to brave://settings/system/shortcuts and set the Back action to the keystroke you’d like:
